Refunds & Exchanges
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate a return. Please include your full name and order number in your email. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure our customers are satisfied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Cancelling an order
If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
